Frequently asked questions
Your order will be shipped by Swiss Post (B-Post) after receipt of your payment. Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped on the same day. As a rule, you will receive your package 3-4 working days after shipment.
Of course! Within 30 days you have the possibility to return your ordered items. Please note that we can only return items that are in perfect condition - i.e. possible for resale. So packaging and/or labels intact, no signs of use, clean and unused.
Please inform us in advance by e-mail (info@strickk.ch) about a possible return. We will refund the amount after receiving and checking the items. The shipping costs of the return are at your expense.
